I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were very pleasant, clean, decent size, and quiet. The service was exceptional, making me feel like I was among old friends. The location was really nice with plenty of beds to choose from and great views, though the lack of music service detracted slightly. The dining was okay, but could use more variety and better coffee. The facilities were top-notch.

The hotel room was uncomfortable, dark, tight, and merely a place to crash for over 500 euros at Carlton Intercontinental, although it did have a large bath tub which was pleasant. The service was more than helpful for food delivery to the room, and the location was really nice with beautiful views but lacked a bit of atmosphere. The dining experience was not worth the price, and facilities were average.

The hotel offers a mix of comfortable rooms and friendly staff but falls short in size and helpfulness. The location is ideal for families with great views but lacks some amenities and atmosphere. The dining experience is subpar for the level expected. The facilities are decent overall.

The hotel rooms could have been a bit bigger, but overall, we were pleased with our stay. Unfortunately, the tea/coffee making tray was not replenished since the previous guests, including cups/glasses and coffee/tea. The balcony was a nice touch even though it was a bit narrow.
